5.5 All sales are final. If a Product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, including photographs and all original packaging. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the Product in good condition.

6. LICENSING OF IMAGES

6.1 Purchase of a License grants only the specific usage rights detailed in the written agreement. No copyright ownership is transferred.

6.2 You may not reproduce, alter, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any copyrighted image without explicit written authorization.

6.3 Any commercial, editorial, advertising, promotional, or public-display use requires a separate License.

6.4 Purchase of a physical print does not grant reproduction or digital-use rights.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1 All images, text, graphics, designs, layouts, and other content on the Website constitute the intellectual property of Annette Stiers Jones Photography LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

7.2 You may access and view the Website solely for personal, non-commercial use.

7.3 Unauthorized use—including copying, downloading, screen capturing, altering, or distributing Website content—is strictly prohibited.

15. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

15.1 All sales are final due to the custom, made-to-order nature of fine-art prints.

15.2 Damage or defects must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with supporting documentation.

15.3 Remedies may include replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.

15.4 Damage occurring after delivery is the Client’s responsibility.

16. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to modify or discontinue Products at any time. We may cancel orders placed due to erroneous pricing or descriptions.
