What to Know | Limited Edition Landscape Art Prints FAQ
Below are answers to the most common questions about Annette Stiers Jones Photography landscape art prints, ordering process, and artwork care. Each section provides insight into what you can expect when purchasing and displaying limited-edition landscape art prints and fine-art photography.
About the Prints
What print options do you offer?
I offer five premium print mediums for my landscape art prints: Lumachrome TruLife® Acrylic, ChromaLuxe Metal, Epic Prints, Premium Canvas, and Fine Art Paper. Each option is crafted with archival materials to ensure museum-quality presentation and longevity.
What is the difference between the print mediums you offer?
Each medium offers a unique presentation style designed to complement my landscape art prints:
– Lumachrome TruLife® Acrylic: unmatched depth and luminescence with collector-grade acrylic.
– ChromaLuxe Metal: vibrant and modern, ideal for contemporary spaces and even outdoors.
– Epic Prints: a silver halide photographic paper print with up to 610dpi resolution face-mounted to aluminum for exceptional detail.
– Premium Canvas: classic texture that adds warmth to any décor.
– Fine Art Paper: traditional and elegant, perfect for framing.
Where are your prints made?
All landscape art prints are produced in the United States by professional print labs that specialize in fine-art photography. Each lab was chosen for its color accuracy, archival quality, and craftsmanship.
Are your prints limited editions or open editions?
All prints are limited editions. Each edition is capped at 100 prints across all mediums and sizes. Once an edition sells out, no additional prints will be produced.
Are the prints signed?
All limited edition prints include a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA). Premium mediums (Acrylic, Metal, and Epic Prints) also feature a signature on the artwork itself. Canvas and Fine Art Paper prints are not signed directly, but each comes with its signed COA.
What is a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?
Each print includes a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity verifying its edition and legitimacy. It designates the title of the artwork, medium, dimensions, and print number out of 100 prints. Certificates may be shipped separately from the print.
Are the prints ready to hang?
Yes. Acrylic, Metal, Canvas, and Epic Prints come ready to hang with a float mount and wire or cleat system. However, please note that Fine Art Paper prints require framing.
Do you offer custom framing?
Framing is available on order for acrylic, epic, and canvas prints. You can see samples of frames here.
Sizes and Custom Options
What sizes are available?
My landscape art prints are available in sizes from 12×12 to 60×120 inches, depending on the image and print medium. The largest formats are typically Acrylic and Metal. Each image is only offered at sizes that maintain sharpness and integrity, even when displayed large.
Do you provide size or display consultations?
Yes. I can help you choose the ideal size for your landscape art print or offer a complimentary room mockup to visualize your chosen piece. Click here for more information.
Can I order a custom size or crop?
Yes. Custom sizes and crops are available on request. Contact annette@annettesjphoto.com for a quote.
How do I choose the right size for my space?
The mock-up below shows how different print sizes appear above a 7-foot couch — a helpful way to visualize proportion.

As a general guide:
-Small prints (16–30”) are ideal for smaller walls, hallways, or as part of a collection.
-Medium prints (36–48’) suit most living spaces, offering balance without overwhelming the room.
-Large prints (54–72”) make a striking focal point above a standard sofa or bed.
If you’re unsure which size will best complement your wall, I offer a free art consultation service. Email a photo of your space with wall measurements to annette@annettesjphoto.com, and I’ll provide a custom size recommendation or digital mock-up tailored to your room.

Display, Care, and Handling
How should I hang my artwork?
All print mediums, with the exception of loose archival paper prints, come ready to hang. These print mediums come with either wire hangers or French cleat hanging systems. For larger pieces, professional installation is recommended.
Will the colors fade over time?
My landscape art prints are created using archival processes designed to ensure the best color stability available under normal indoor lighting.
- Acrylic prints are fade resistant due to TruLife® 99% UV protection.
- Metal prints last up to 10 years in direct sunlight and outdoor weather conditions, and 60 years with only exposure to window light.
- Premium Fine Art Canvas Wraps are printed directly onto museum-quality canvas material using high-quality archival inks. They are archival up to 100 years if kept in ideal conditions and out of direct sunlight.
- Fine art paper prints are rated for over 50 years when framed under glass, and over 100 years when framed under glass with UV filter. They are archival up to 100 years if kept in ideal conditions and out of direct sunlight.
In general, for best print longevity, avoid direct sunlight, do not expose prints to heat from your light sources, and avoid halogen and fluorescent lighting. LED lighting is best.
How should I light my artwork?
It is best to use LED bulbs with a color temperature of approximately 2700K-4000K and a color rendering index (CRI) of 90 or greater. Avoid direct sunlight, halogen lights, and fluorescent lighting. Indirect natural light is fine, but avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
How should I clean my artwork?
- Cleaning Acrylic (Lumachrome): Dust with a microfiber cloth. For smudges, use a non-ammonia cleaner on a soft cloth. Do not use ammonia/alcohol cleaners or paper towels and don’t get the back wet.
- Cleaning Metal (ChromaLuxe): Wipe with a microfiber cloth. For stubborn marks, use a bit of denatured alcohol or acetone on the cloth; avoid abrasives and paper towels.
- Cleaning Epic Prints: wipe with microfiber cloth.
- Cleaning Canvas: Gently dust dry. Do not use water or cleaners.
- Cleaning Fine-Art Paper: Do not use water or cleaners. Lightly dust only; avoid rubbing the surface. Frame the print for protection, preferably with UV glass.
Image Quality and Authenticity
Are your prints high resolution or will they look blurry or pixelated when enlarged?
Each image is captured with professional full-frame cameras to ensure that even large landscape art prints maintain exceptional detail and clarity.
I will only offer my landscape art prints at sizes I know will display well. Images on this website are much lower resolution than what will be printed; this is in order to protect my work and to speed website loading times. Here is a close-up of one my images to demonstrate how much detail is achieved with my print process.

Do you use AI to create your images?
No. Every photograph begins as a real image captured in-camera. I do not use AI to create images. Usually these questions arise with my Milky Way or moon photos. If you’d like to learn about how I capture these images with my camera, please read more here (Milky Way) and here (moon).
What kind of camera and lenses do you use?
I use professional Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras (A7RIII and V) paired with Sony lenses (16 mm up to 600 mm) to achieve the highest optical quality.
